PLEASE NOTE

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations more than 2 days before the arrival date will be charged 10% of the total reservation cost. If canceled 2 days or less prior to the arrival date, any remaining balance will be taken. This payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if we are able to resell the room(s), a refund will be issued in proportion to the number of rooms and nights resold, less the non-refundable 10% deposit.
